Bank details for EFT

Add your bank details so clients can pay by bank transfer, and turn it on per offering.

Last updated

Bank transfer (EFT) is an alternative to card payment. Once you have added your bank details, you can allow it on any offering that requires payment, and clients who choose it see your details and a payment reference instead of a card checkout. It is a Pro feature.

Adding your bank details

Go to Settings and choose Payments, then find the Bank details for EFT card. Paste exactly what you want clients to see: bank, account name, account number, and branch code, up to 2,000 characters. Click Save.

Note

These details are only shown to clients who choose to pay by bank transfer, on offerings where you have switched it on. Clients who pay by card never see them.

Turning it on for an offering

Bank details alone do not offer bank transfer to clients. Open an offering that requires payment and switch on Allow bank transfer (EFT) under its payment settings. The switch stays disabled until your bank details are saved. See Requiring payment for the hold and warning that come with it.

Pro plan required

Bank transfer payments need a Pro subscription, on both the bank details card and the offering switch. Upgrade from Settings, Account.
